Department Temporary Relocation
A few Departments have been temporarily moved, due to construction on building I.
Central Permitting, Utilities ( Water Department ) and Building Inspections are now in Building M.
Planning, GIS and Community Development will be moved to Building E the week of May 9th.

Brunswick County Board of Commissioners Meetings
Commencing on October 4, 2010 the Regular Scheduled Meetings of the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers in the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Governmental Drive, Bolivia, North Carolina 28422.
If a Closed Session is required for the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners those Regularly Scheduled Closed Sessions will commence at 6:00 p.m. in said Chambers. Anyone wishing to attend a Public Hearing or other matter of public business should be in Chambers at 6:30 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month unless altered or cancelled by action of the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners.

Lockwoods Folly Implementation Plan
The Lockwoods Folly Implementation Plan is a follow up to the 2007 Lockwoods Folly River Water Quality Strategy which was presented at the December 6, 2010 Brunswick County Commissioners meeting. The goal of the Implementation Plan is to meet the established water quality standard for fecal coliform bacteria in shellfishing waters. NC Mobility Fund
During the recent legislative session, the North Carolina Mobility Fund was created to provide new resources for transportation projects of statewide or regional significance that relieve congestion and enhance mobility across all modes of transportation. According to the legislation, the Mobility Fund’s first project will be Phase II of the Yadkin River Bridge, the top mobility priority in the State. The selection of future projects will be determined by a project criteria and selection process that will be developed with the public and other stakeholders. NCDOT is requesting your assistance in the development of the project criteria and selection process.
